Sleep like a baby...

Would anybody believe me If I say less sleep can loose up more weight.?!

Well, sleeping is a way for our body to have it full rest, relax the muscle and free up the mind. Contradictory with sleeping, staying awake work all our body muscle and mind to stay up. Which means more fats and calories that we consumed are used.

But a good sleep is still needed. No worries after 18hours of consciousness, you will sleep like a baby once got on the bed.

So If you are at the same age as me...take solid 6 hours sleep and wake up fresh in the morning. Live a healthy lifestyle.
